For over a year, I've been trying to get Chesney to clarify why my room fills with smoke every time we use our Salisbury wood stove, which triggers the smoke alarm. They’ve given me excuses like "it needs to warm up first" and "there's cold air trapped in the flue," but none of it adds up. Friends who have stoves (mostly of Nordic make) are using theirs without a hitch, adding wood and enjoying their evenings. I can only conclude that this stove is either poorly made or they just don’t know how to install these things properly. Overall, a terrible experience. Stay away!

Great company, awesome products, and friendly staff!

Everything turned out just as I expected. I had to push back the delivery because the Gazebo it was meant for wasn’t ready yet. I chose the White Glove delivery service, and when I finally asked for it, they showed up right on time, unpacked everything, and set it up without any hassle. While they were unpacking, they spotted that the grill was a bit bent and wouldn’t fit right. They called Chesney, who agreed to send a replacement, and it showed up just three days later.

This grill and heat combo is fantastic. We’ve cooked up some delicious pizzas. The guy who sold it to me was super helpful. It’s a top-notch piece of gear, and I’d definitely suggest Chesneys.

This new outdoor heater is crafted really well and was set up just like it said it would be.

My only small complaint is that there are a few restrictions on how to use it that weren’t mentioned when we bought it.

We were told not to place it right next to the house, and to avoid using it directly under a parasol.

These restrictions might have led us to consider other options.

I received my outdoor BBQ heater around a month back, and it’s been fantastic, although there was a small issue I needed help with. Honestly, it was handled with such efficiency - gorgeous device and a straightforward attitude towards customer care.

I really adore the Garden Gourmet for cooking and warming up food - it works like a charm. The delivery team was awesome (we opted for the white glove service to make things simpler - it’s *super* heavy!). Our thermometer has begun acting up - I think the probe wire might be the issue - planning to ask about it. Other than that, it’s a solid 5 stars!

I got myself a Garden Party BBQ and stove for some outdoor cooking.

It arrived with a damaged flue and no safety gloves included. They did send a replacement flue pretty fast, though. The rotating grill is a bit of a letdown since it doesn’t lock in place. They sent another grill, but guess what? It also doesn’t lock properly. I’ve been waiting for a new grill for almost 4 weeks now, and I still can’t use the BBQ right.
The staff are amazing... really helpful... just wish I could say the same about the product.

We recently purchased a new fireplace and fire from Chesneys, and while we just got it installed, I can't speak to its performance yet. However, the service we received from Nick was top-notch. There was a bit of a mix-up with our order, which led to the wrong fireplace being put in, and we had to have it taken out and replaced. After chatting with Nick a few times, he promised us it would all be taken care of, and so far, it has been. What could've turned into a costly mistake transformed into a fantastic customer service experience, so hats off to Nick for getting it sorted.

Just a heads up for anyone shopping around: make sure to double-check the different models since they have some really similar names. We ended up with the Clandon Bolection (from the Contemporary range), but there’s also a Clandon (from the Georgian range) and an Elemental Clandon. That’s what caused the mix-up, so keep an eye out. Like I said, it was handled well in the end (after a little stress), but it’s best to steer clear of any mix-ups right from the start.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Chesneys Heat & Grill. I picked up the pizza stone, and our first try at making pizza on it turned out quite well! I was shocked at how fast they cooked! The heat it puts out is just incredible!

I picked up the Reef Outdoor Sofa Suite 2+1+1 along with a Coffee Table Set and a Bosch Rotak 34R Electric Lawnmower for my garden. Really good bang for your buck. Totally recommend it!

Fantastic service. The fireplaces are absolutely gorgeous - the sales staff were super helpful both in-store and via email to assist us in picking the right one. The installer was a joy to work with and went above and beyond for us - very tidy and professional job. We're really pleased with the final outcome - would definitely recommend.

I really can’t figure out how to get back to you after your reply - for sure, I sent the pictures and was offered some touch-up paint - but I haven’t gotten anything yet. I did check the stove during winter, but I was away for about four weeks in February.

I picked up the Garden Gourmet last fall and finally fired it up for the first time this lovely Easter weekend. Two things to note; first off, the BBQ operates just as it was described. The charcoal from Cheney's is solid quality, with big chunks, but the unit also works great with briquettes, keeping the temperature steady within a tight range as you prefer. After whipping up a tasty Shwarma, I tossed on a few logs and adjusted the baffle, which let four of us gather around and enjoy the flames while the temperature outside dipped to 8 degrees. It was a delightful evening, and it’s a joy to have a piece of equipment that truly lives up to its claims.
